Well, the sellers countered our offer, but it was a very fair counter-offer. Therefore, we're in a contract with them! If everything goes as planned and on schedule (which is rare), we'll close escrow on August 31st. How exciting!
I sign my contract at The Ricks Center today! It'll be official.
